Store bought eggs are shit. Find someone with hens and get them there, they are markedly different, WAY richer and typically half the price. $4/dozen where I go, and eating only one is as filling as eating 3 from the grocery store. As a bonus, it saves fridge space because, as long as they haven’t been washed, they don’t need refrigeration. Some kind of hen cooch juice on the shell keeps them fresh.
