Thankfully Trump put them on hold, to the extent they exceeded 10%. And hopefully Trump, as you expect, will through negotiation back way off the April 2 levels. Or the courts will intervene.

Why are you interested in 2022 ? Wasn't that the COVID years ?

In 2022, Covid was no where near as bad as 2020 and 2021. The point was that Biden led us through two quarters that were much worse than 1st Qtr 2025. It even qualified as a recession until his Admin changed the definition and claimed we had not experienced one. You are always making the case that Trump did so poorly during his first term and that he couldn't blame Covid. Now you are saying it is ok for Biden to blame Covid?

I merely made the case that it was too early for you to be cheering America's poor current 1st qtr GDP.
