What really happened?? Their lease simply was not renewed. No forced closure. This has happened a lot lately.

When shoppe is cleaned out, window graphics gone in a matter of days is usually due to lose of lease. The property needs to be returned in same condition as received or large charge to owner. When graphics stay up for weeks / months usually means a forced closure when owners are not allowed back into the property.
