A coworker told me this afternoon that Charlie Kirk was shot. I asked, “Who’s Charlie Kirk?” I didn’t know who he was.

Anyway I flipped the channel to MSNBC about 30 minutes ago, while eating dinner. I was curious if MSNBC would be covering the story. Well, that’s all they’re covering. And surprisingly, they’re lamenting his death. Giving tribute to him for championing free speech and showing up on places like Gavin Newsom’s podcast. They’re downright solemn. Not a mention of gun control. Although some lady came on about 5 minutes ago and is changing the mood a bit. Anyway kudos to Chris Hayes, the announcer. Jen Psaki is starting the same way. I’ll have to shut down the boob tube now though, Jen’s just too darn annoying

I just wish conservatives cared as much about children killed in school shootings as they do this guy.

just one.
No one said anything about cheering. I am sure he said cared. How about we give thoughts and prayers. Since that seems to be the answer to all killings. Charlie, school kids, the democrat lawmaker in Minnesota, and all the women that get killed in a little fight with their spouses.

Thoughts and Prayers

I think it's worth it to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year so that we can have the Second Amendment to protect our other God-given rights.
