This will probably really date me, but does anyone remember newsgroups and usenet. Back in 94 the precursor to ASPD was a a newsgroup called Alt Sex Prostution Disscussion, where everyone posted information about who, where, and what happened in the business. My user name back then was almost the same txbronco because the was where I lived at the time

Yep!! I remember it well.... most people don't realize that ASPD was a "play on words" from the original Alt Sex Prostitution Discussion newsgroup!

Yes, Usenet still exists... it's how I get my Dexter, Boardwalk Empire, Spartacus and other "fixes".

I used the old usenet group also, and also an ASP forum that used to be hosted on paranoia.com. Joined ASPD in 2004, I think. I tended to hobby more in Tulsa so was better known over there, especially before the major blow-up mentioned earlier. When ASPD finally folded, I gravitated more toward eraps than here, I think mostly because of a personal invitation. I'm not as active as I once was, but I do manage to find a little pleasure from time to time.

Well that certainly clears ALOT of questions up. Thanks for the responses now I know more about the who's who. Eccie has been a very effective tool of which I'm thankful. But I sure wish I'd have been a part of ASPD. I've received a request lately to join ASPD chat. Maybe a knock off or someone just wanting to bring back the name? Who knows?

Girl Nexxxt Door since September 2009. I came onto the scene during the last several months of ASPD's existence. HSP (our former mod) was my first review on ASPD, then BB. Been on Eccie since we all moved over. Learned my lesson on the importance of good screening...took a little hiatus...been back as Ginger ever since.
