Actually Obama pretends to be a constitional lawyer and he took an oath as a Senator and President to protect the Constitution. Nope, he has no ethical out for this. He is a hypocrit and a liar. Originally Posted by JD Barleycorn

As usual you only discuss the partisan talking points and completely miss Captain Midnights eye opening point.

Putting the Fed in charge of the oversight agency is like putting the Fox in charge of the henhouse.

Debating the source of chicken shit in the hen house is just a diversion. If you want to keep sticking your head up each hen's ass to find the chicken shit, knock yourself out.

So how do you tell when Congress is not doing its job? When it opposes the President? The reason the people drove out Democrats in 2010 is because they wanted to stop what Obama was doing. Sounds like they are doing their job to me.

You seem to miss the point that crap (the recess appointments and the consumer relationships board) came from the fertile minds of the Obama administration. This group of socialists and self admitted communists is challenging the Constitution, traditions, and at least half the people in the country.

A more sane approach to the recess appointment power.

That is exactly why I am glad he did it. To get a legal ruling on the whole idea of recess appointments. It was bs what the senate and president were doing. No matter what party was in charge of what branch! How hard is that to understand?
