Because I am a touring provider and I do offer Greek as part of the package so to speak (no additional charge) I make sure I am ready for Greek every single day whether or not someone requests it.

My preparations:

I take an herbal laxative about 8pm at night via a tea with Senna in it. I don't like laxatives (pills) because they are really hard on the digestive system and cause more problems than anything.

In the morning I drink 1 Liter of water mixed with 2 teaspoons of non iodized sea salt which flushes through my entire system. I do this approximately 3 hours before the start of my day because it takes at least 1 hour to exit my system.

Once that is complete I will finish with a warm water enema with about 1T lube mixed into it. Once that is essentially flushed out of my system I do one more enema with just warm water to ensure that I am completely clean. I am really paranoid about cleanliness and can't for the life of me understand why more women don't prepare better for Greek. It's not that hard to do but it IS time consuming. I suppose most don't do it because it's not a requested activity for them but it is for me.
