I've heard liberals make this specious argument many times before. Just saying that there more whites on welfare than blacks as if that lays to rest some sort of unfair stereotype. Mark Twain said that there three kinds of lies: there are lies, there are damn lies and then there's statistics. Misleading with statistcal data has long been a favorite tactic for the left. Now I know and you know that blacks use some services at a higher rate than whites but that does not change the fact that more whites are on welfare than blacks. Rural whites.

I have to admit, there is a certain logic to it. If you father thirty children, the odds are you'll have a hundred grandchildren; you can live with one of them in your old age. It's the shotgun approach: quantity over quality. Don't have two kids and take of them. Have thirty kids and let the state raise them.

If Obama read this story he would be delighted. As welfare dependency increases, Democrat power increases. As America declines, the Democrats ascend. We're being fundamentally transformed.

Castration goes too far and isn't necessary. The better system is mandatory Norplants for the females, after the first illegitimate baby. No Norplant, no welfare. If they remove the Norplant or refuse the implant. No welfare. The current system pays people to breed out of wedlock babies. It has created a permanent underclass of Democrat voters. I certainly don't believe the women should get a bigger penalty than the fathers. And JB, your solution of mandatory birth control wouldn't stop a guy like that--it would just make him work harded to find 30 different women. Your solution still punishes the only people not guilty--the kids.

But what really bothers me is I almost believe your opposition is centered on what party you think the kids will vote for. That part is pretty sad.
