There's something to be said for hearing a warm, friendly voice. Texting is about as personal and warm as being handed a towel, a photo and a note upon entering a ladies apt. The note could say.. Okay okay, in the spirit of "free flow of information," what if it were the other way around??If I had a 9 PM appointment and showed up at 9:05 because of my fault, I'd assume the appointment still ends at 10 PM.
What if a provider couldn't get a client to respond as she arrived at his outcall, or even if it was an incall and she was trying to contact him to give him the final info. Then he responds ONE minute after the said appointment, would it be okay for the provider to say "NOPE, SORRY, you didn't answer and so now the appointment is cancelled." Ohhh the girl would catch such hell for that.
If I had a dollar for everytime a client of mine was a few minutes late, I could have made BANK! I think it's fair to give a 5 minute window, sometimes texts don't send right away, sometimes our clocks aren't synched...I could think of a million reasons. Originally Posted by BlakeConfidential

If she's someone I'm really interested in seeing, I can generally deal with a delay of up to an hour. I've had some amazing experiences that began an hour after the agreed upon time. For me, it's almost expected that timing will not be exact. Originally Posted by Jay WalkerTraffic can be a factor, incall or out for either. No sure how the ladies area works but it would be a little more difficult to pin down more that a phone to cordinate the data by.
Brilliant. So you're (I should type it your like you always do) saying that he should have hung around? If his window was so tight that he couldn't afford a ONE minute buffer then he was cutting it too close. I'm sure the girl would give him that extra 60 seconds BCD. Hahahaha come on, we all agree that one minute is ridiculous regardless of the OPs mistake.
You have no idea how tight of a window he was operating in. Only he does.
At least most of your posts are true to your avatar... Originally Posted by trynagetlaid
