TTH - While I support some items on my list, while some were just a parody of the type of expectations the typical GOP supporter salivates at. The specific one about kicking out all illegals, well, I don't support illegal immigration, but kicking 10-20 million people out would be logistically impossible. I think the Feds should be tougher with employers so that they won't touch an illegal employee with a 50 foot pole, once the jobs dry out, they will self-deport.

You've missed the point the whole thread. It's not the back surgeries and other serious illnesses that hospitals can, and do refuse, it's the endless line of illegals at the ER's getting treated for the sniffle's after 5:00pm so they don't have to pay a general practitioner, who will refuse to see them without cash or insurance.

Self deportation isn't logistically impossible. If they can walk north, they walk south. If we take away all the reasons they had for coming here, most of them will leave. It they know they would be better off going home, they will go home. It isn't complicated.
