Wow! That sounds like fun! This is an idea that just popped into my crazy lil brain: Picture this, a sheet or curtain with three holes, a large hole for the 'glory' and 2 smaller ones with what is desired, ie: one with an arrow pointing UP for oral and one with a DOWN arrow for some nether region glory! All three holes would have a flap that would be tied in such a way as to gain access and to signal what was wanted.
