I wouldn't really have an issue with a picture. I don't understand the guys that send their employment info though.

If I ask for someone to send me a pic and they decline that's fine not a problem.... Idk why asking is a problem? It's not like I won't see you without a pic lol I'm not that hard on you fellas when it comes to screening
