Why do providers...

Good God... take a chill pill everybody. In the best case fantasy world, no provider would ever miss a date and no hobbyist would ever not show up. In the fantasy world each of these folks would call, email, or text when the arrangement could not be met.

This is not a fantasy world. This is real life. The hobbyist complained about a NS/NC and the provider apologized. If it had been the other way around, the provider would be in their rights to complain. It happens. Move on please.

This is a message board. Why are so many people freaking out about dialogue and discussion? That is the reason to even have a forum. Threads with actual posts is a good thing. Only one person was rude. No one else needed to chill or calm down. I think this thread is a good thread.

I was gonna stay out of this one and just let it lay there, but damn folks this is getting out of hand. I don't think Kerchunk said anything out of line, and I actually think he handled it quite tactfully. Bottom line, when an appointment is confirmed, and then one party completely misses the meeting with no contact, that is a NCNS. Period. Now if the appointment was not a hard confirmation, then there would be differing opinions, but that doesn't seem to be the case here. I think we could all be a little more diligent in respecting each others time. If you can't make an appointment, it takes very little effort to make a quick call or text to the other party to let them know. I'm sure we could all use a little refresher on this subject every now and then.

Like Bailey said, she's a big girl and can take up for herself. A gent commenting on his prior experiences with her is very much appropriate here, but we can do without the WK attacks. I think what happened here was more of an attack of the OP than what the OP did of the provider. I always hate to see the the newer or less frequent posters get jumped on like this. All this does is make the newer posters more hesitant to share information that they think they could get attacked for. This suppresses information and hurts us ALL. It seems like Bailey is doing a great job of handling her business since her comeback, and everyone is entitled to a little hiccup every now and then as long as they acknowledge the problem, apologize, and only let it happen once in a blue moon. We all live to play again another day.

Where are you Pistol?

Btw, I was out of town when Bailey came by, so she was able to make time to see you.

I have already made arrangements to see her on her next trip.

" WHere are you Pistol?" sheesh lol
