My Take On A Recent Thread

We as customers have already made our choice based on our own critera to call the provider in the first place. Not all hobbeist are fat, bald, old white guys with fat wallets. If 90% of screening was not such a farce bad apples would not get the chance to spoil for the rest.
When they turn on you which given the chance if if suits their needs at the time. It is alot esier dealing with a poodle than a pitbull. Any likeness to certain providers is purely by chance. Originally Posted by big country

You can't call me a racist because I never said that I wouldn't see a black guy. You ASSumed that. I don't have an AA policy on my site or in any of my ads. The only policy I have is that I do not see guys under a certain age.

If you think it causes more harm than good, then why ask it?

We could keep asking the same questions, like going on a merry-go-round, but it does no good.

This thread I started was to add some satire and also to point out how redundant those type of posts are. Some got it, some didn't.

I'm sure you're a nice guy who doesn't seem to have a problem getting a date. Enjoy life and don't sweat the small stuff like this. It'll make your life happier.

First its called research its not hard and there are multiple threads that anyone wanting to know the answer can read. It doesnt happen every month, are you kidding its been asked 3 times in the last 4 months. And how many threads do you think people do a search to see if it has been discussed before? Plus if they want to participate in the discussion and it has been over 30 days they are not supposed to bump the old threads. Just because other people are done talking about something doesnt mean everyone should be done talking about it especially if it happened when they didnt notice.

There is also a difference between researching a provider who you are going to spend a fair amount of money before you see them and asking a question about a topic that is on your mind.

For the record, I have not opened the other thread because I dont care about the content people ad. Its amazing how simple it is to skip over a thread that you dont care to read. Im in this thread because it was not clearly labeled on the contents. I am voicing my opinion that I dont think providers should answer the question especially in threads on this site, but that it is not wrong of the posters asking it. The OP has no history of trolling as far as I could tell, so he deserves the benifit of the doubt.

A provider who lists those preferences is never grilled about her choices, but say you dont see AA and you cant stop people from asking that question. The reality is someone is always ready to play the race card.

I dont understand the point of this post. Was it to prove that it happens less than every month? Also, the national forums are of little value to me personally. I suspect a large number of guys have a similar opinion especially someone like the OP of the other thread since he doesnt post much.

FYI, there are occasionally thread posted about age limits and it is very rare to see something about weight limits in an ad. There are a lot of ads that say no AA so it is going to be brought up more.

And finally, someone is going to play the race card when someone says no to a certain race. It becomes a little less playing a card and more commenting on reality at that point. The girl may have very valid reasons for not seeing black men, but I think the comment implying they are playing the race card when they are turned down because of race is kinda funny.

Well, I believe I am the OP of the recent thread. I was simply curious because I saw several ads in a row that had this restriction. I didn't intend to get everyone worked up and it didn't occur to me to research previous posts on the subject. I probably won't bother to research previous posts prior to new posts in the future either so feel free to ignore any that aren't worth your time.
