How do you start off your meeting?

The best sessions start off with a kiss as you walk thrpugh my door, but since not everyone is comfortable with that, i always try to.have some warm up convo.

i usually answer the door in a towel or as little as possible say hello with a hug and kiss drop the towel and then there is not much talking going on..
