What I am curious about is this:
Eccie has a policy about posting full names and numbers in alerts.

If a person is in fact L.E. or working with them should they be revealed publicly so others can jut AVOID them? If a phone # is used by vice to arrest a lady , as soon as she can she should post the full # (not partials and get swamped with PM's) so that the ladies see up front the # and can ignore it. And if Vice decides to recycle the # with a lady and let a female undercover cop use it to get guys... we see it to. This will cut down on the PM's... L.E. on the board will see their # posted thus making them get a new #. Post their screen name and real name with description means they have to go back to square 1.

If Eric Snowden is correct that the NSA is monitoring every email, computer search, browsing history, phone call, and email communication, we are all at risk for LE action. His disclosures put a new perspective on the (lack of) rights to privacy.

With ever improving technology there may come a time that just thinking of participating in this hobby is an arrestable offense. There apparently are few secrets today at the national level, and eventually nationally collected information will be disseminated to the local level. At that point LE actions will be much more aggressive than today. In effect LE will be screening us as much as we screen them.

It doesn't help that Dictator Obama and his wife are running around passing laws and changing them up left and right, they do it right under our noses too ... I wonder why this communist bastard has not been impeached yet ? We threatened to impeach Clinton for getting head in the White House yet this man is running a muck and openly lied under oath on national tv. He swore under oath to uphold the constitution yet he attacks the second amendment ... Id rather have a horny president than a caniving, decieving, and communist one. Obama does not deserve to be called "Mr. President" he is more like the "Present Resident". The only change we need is for America to change back into its former self. To me it seems every day we get closer to living under a dictatorship.

LE's focus their attention where the county prosecutors & Police Chief put it, because it's their job. There isn't a lot of discretion on their part in many communities — detectives working vice have individual case discretion and are able to decide how much evidence they collect and what kind of statement they provide to the attorneys but that's about it.

No doubt there are many cops here on eccie and any other review forums. Just because a guy has reviewed a few providers doesn't mean he really saw them. And then they also have the informants that can pay a provider for sex and then have her arrested. In the last nationwide sting the feds put in the media that asking for a reference from another provider is trafficking as it proves we don't work alone, and is now deemed criminal enterprise. I no longer take references unless I know the provider personally, if a man can't confirm who he is and where he works then he isn't worth the risk. Its time the adult community step up and support the esplerp.org court case, and let us have the court rule that all these laws criminalziing consenting adults are UNCONSTITUIONAL. Note that when BP fights in court they win, of course we don't have their resources and money so change will only take place when the adult community comes together and supports legal action.

Its legal for cops to have sex with you and then arrest you. Please everyone educate yourself as to what is really legal. Have no doubt the corruption runs deep, way to many cops are exploiting providers themselves. They can even arrest you when you haven't done anything illegal, just for having a escort ad, as this happens all the time as they know most providers don't have the resources to go to trial.

No doubt all the forums on every site is full of LE, and I bet they are even in the ladies forums. Anyone can make an account and review a few ladies that they haven't even seen. The feds now say asking for a reference is deemed criminal enterprise and proof of trafficking as they claim it proves we don't work alone. Cops can have sex with you and then arrest you for prostitution. Its time we stopped being naive and educate ourselves. Providers are arrested all the time even when they have not done anything illegal as they know a provider doesn't have the resources to take a case to trial. I have spend over 8,000 hours researching the topic over a 5 year period and look at the proof we have that its the cops that rob, rape, exploit and murder.

As it has now been pointed out MANY times the possible mistakes that were made in the OP, it is all about factors that are involved. A lot of statements in the post were questioned (as should be) and then rudely criticized (ridiculous and unnecessary). Only the author of a post has a complete understanding of every word written in their post. Quite a bit was said but nothing that gives more info about me than the ads every provider who posts on this forum reveals about them. (note: this IS a provider site thats what its purpose IS)

I would think that as a provider having a showcase will do more harm in the risk factor than ANYTHING written in my OP. (go ahead and click my profile link and try to find anything that would assist LE in targeting me again.)


The etiquette which is demanded in this hobby is a whole different ball game than everyday social etiquette. Yes, the core concepts of life are applied to its practices, but someone who has never been exposed to its specific mannerisms, let alone any illegal activity at all, is not going to be capable of becoming a guru overnight. Advice is always appreciated but there is no need for sarcastic or pompous criticism.

The importance of the thread was to warn ladies out of concern and to expose the accused party. Its unfortunate that at this point, there is no going back for my legal record. It really doesnt matter where this has been posted or that the handle was exposed by my alias.

There is specific reasoning for the words written in the post. As far as exposing myself to LE by posting it.... well, its way too late for me to care now plus every person who posted in response has also just exposed themselves just as much. I did not note my location at the time of arrest or my present location. I have not associated pictures and i rarely advertize on ANY affiliated sites at all. I'm confused. I know LE busts in on this little game every once in awhile, but why on earth do you guys think they are after your dollars? How in the world does that benefit them? They do not get a cut, bonus, %, or anything legally from it or any other bust. My understanding is that their funding is set ahead of time.

They don't get a cut but the MORE busts (ANY size, any reason) they have and especially leading to successful conviction, for anything, their stats go up and the more EFFECTIVE they appear to be. When I RULE THE WORLD Every time there is a huge bust (NOT the hobby, REAL CRIME!!!) with those mountains of cash I think that every officer and detective on the case should be given a $1000 or so bonus on the spot. Cops most certainly hobby too. When I first went independent 8years ago, I walked into an appointment and there was a cop standing there in uniform. He was a detective and AFTER he calmed me down he explained he wasn't there to arrest me but to 'see me.' He was a long time hobbyist and his atf had just moved away. I was paranoid at first but he became a regular and was very safe and informative. He would always let me know of stings and the areas to avoid. So, many of the civil workers and government and such do also hobby. I know of judges here that hobby ritually! Lol. You just never know but its always best to stay on your toes and be safe anyway! I'm guessing any one of them would turn if it meant their job or 'perfect life' or wife and fat paychecks.

The best explanation I ever got was from a very libertarian conservative software programmer who had been a sheriff, cop, DA, defense attorney and judge before he became a programmer (smart guy - was a blues musician too before cop). Oh, and LE is ultimately run by politicians so the officers report to bosses who have to justify their budgets to their bosses and politicians so they have to show "results" of which the community approves. These vary from place to place, but the cops want to become bosses and the bosses and politicians want to have fat private sector security jobs someday so the more "results", whatever that means, the better off they are. It is like any human organization including business, but with slightly different accounting rules. Really.
