When hobby world and real world collides...

The only thing I dont like about being seen at Heb is I am in mommy mode most likely and look like it and seems when I see someone I know I am not at my best (hair in bun... no makeup)from last minute running around....

I have two run ins that stick in my head because these gents made me feel comfy by sending me a pm after the fact and not drawing attention

I was on a lunch date a few months back and I was sitting in a booth facing a man and is wife and kids and every time I looked up we caught eyes(his wife was sitting with her back to me) just because of the way the seating was at the time I had the feeling I might know him but wasnt postive so I just acted normal ..I knew for sure he was an old friend from the pm waiting for me at home asking if I was free lol

Another time when I was in line at HEB buying random things (whipped cream duct tape and trash bags) and had a pm asking if that was me he was standing behind

I used to have to travel 3 weeks out of the month for my job. Back then, I was also not seeing anyone as my SO (my hectic travel schedule did not condone a nurturing relationship).

So needless to say, a lot of otherwise lonely hotel nights were spent cruising the SC scene. Form there, I developed some P4P SC relations, UTR.

Going from airport to airport, I was amazed at how many I'd see, recognize, and try not to make an awkward "hello" out of.

Apparently, many SC P4P gals move around, from city to city, to keep their cash flow healthy.

Now, that's a scary fooking thought. I avoid BP gals becasue I don't want to be exposed to that element. And here I was, all this time, exposing myself to JUST THAT.

I'm a man whore, and too stubborn to admit it.

Indeed.. we are in a crazy hobby in a crazy world! To everyone's point, we need to respect each other's private lives, chuckle in our thoughts, and perhaps send a friendly hello (via PM) just to acknowledge the encounter.
