Do's:
1. Drink lots of water
2. Eat lots of veggies that promote testosterone production such as celery and broccoli(there are tons more)
3. Take a zinc supplement(ZMA)
4. Get your sleep!
5. Work out, stay away from intense cardio. Hit the weight room and do heavier moves but very carefully with good form(warm up first!)
6. Get plenty of protein in your diet...good quality such as salmon, chicken, and some lean red mets
Don'ts:
1. drink lots of booze especially before sex
2. party all night and expect to perform like a champ at the break of dawn
3. drink tons of soda and other crap that pollutes your body.
4. smoke(this causes vasoconstriction..amongst MANY other things.
5. Take too much caffeine.
Also I never truly believed in aphrodisiac's but I had raw oysters on a half shell at Bristol (6 of them) and that night I came so much I even surprised myself. The woman's comment was something like, "Wow you really painted the walls!".
