Ironically enough, I've been doing a lot of modeling contests the past few months and recently competed against one of the KC roller derby girls! lol I'm not sure what team she plays for, but she took 2nd and I took 3rd. I received so many votes in the contest that the hosts of it decided to award me the same prize as 1st and 2nd place, though, plus it helped get me a lot of publicity with my modeling, so I don't consider it a loss, by any means! I've won 3 out of 5 contests so far! It only takes ONE right person to see my pic for my modeling to really take off! *fingers crossed lol
