Why Hillary will obliterate Drumpf.

Hillary left emails that were labeled "nonclassified" in the inbox on her personal email. The classification of the some emails were changed to "classified" retroactively so the "public" could not see them. She did not try to give the emails to some one who was a spy or someone who was not authorized.

Clearly it has been shown in prior posts that the practice of copying "classified" data from the server on the secure network to the server on the non secure network and then sending out emails was widespread in the State Department and throughout government. Good luck getting an indictment with that.

Rey, you take this stuff too seriously. This is a hobby website. Take it easy.

You served in the military right? Have a nice Memorial day and Thanks for serving. Originally Posted by flghtr65

All of the emails that the staffers sent to Hillary were labeled "nonclassified".

Your link says none of the emails were marked "classified" at the time they were sent. That is NOT the same as your false claim that they were labeled "nonclassified". And btw flighty, the overall tone and message of your linked article is that everything is about to get much, much worse for the hildebeest. Only a complete idiot like you would post a link that undermines the candidate he is trying to protect.

The stuff with IG report is not criminal. Powell used personal email and did not turn in his information in timely manner. The only difference between Clinton and Powell is Powell is not running for president. Just ask Chris Wallace of Fox news.

Bush and Cheney did start the practice of illegally listening to people's phone calls. The link was posted already.

How about if she shoots somebody in the middle of Fifth Avenue in New York City? Is that enough to disqualify the bitch?

You are TRULY a fucking idiot and a robotic political hack! You don't have a clue about the law regarding negligence and the standards of care required for ALL government employees, especially including Cabinet members. Take a lesson from someone else who posts in this forum and understands classification rules much better than you do... he is appalled at Hillary for being "gross(ly) negligent and (showing) willful disregard for highly sensitive material... that puts US security superiority at very significant risk--a borderline treasonous act. Anything less than a long jail sentence is a joke."

When you get caught in your uneducated lying bullshit you start trying to change what you posted .... And you just did ..

You posted the emails were marked "unclassified" ... now you change it to "if they aren't marked "classified" then they are "unclassified" .... but that's not even correct for at least 2 reasons .... the emails may CONTAIN classified information even though someone didn't mark them as such OR someone who was not authorized to do so removed the "classified" label on them before they were sent to the private server of Hillarious-No-More so that they would not be blocked ... as per the email that Hillarious-No-More sent to a person who was not "authorized" to UNCLASSIFY a CLASSIFIED document.

The Breech of compliance( improperly listening to people's phone calls) started with Bush43. From your link.

Scope of surveillance[edit]

It was revealed that the NSA intercepts telephone and internet communications of over a billion people worldwide, seeking information on terrorism as well as foreign politics, economics[47] and "commercial secrets".[48] In a declassified document it was revealed that 17,835 phone lines were on an improperly permitted "alert list" from 2006 to 2009 in breach of compliance, which tagged these phone lines for daily monitoring.[49][50][51] Eleven percent of these monitored phone lines met the agency's legal standard for "reasonably articulable suspicion" (RAS).[49][52

I am more qualified to get into law school than your hero Bush43 with his 77 average in History from Yale. That was with putting all of his classes on pass fail his senior year.
