The Trumpster's deportations

Read the article. It a tale of what happens when your population declines.

The US Population Could Shrink in 2025, For the First Time Ever

It's a story with massive economic and political significance. But it's receiving strangely little attention.

The United States is on the precipice of a historic, if dubious, achievement. If current trends hold, 2025 could be the first year on record in which the US population actually shrinks.

Whoever wins the next few elections will face the same arithmetic. The U.S. cannot grow through native-born fertility alone. As immigration collapses, the US population will stagnate and even shrink. Urban economics will buckle. Fields will go unharvested. Homes will go unbuilt. Sick Americans will go untreated. Life-saving medicines will go undiscovered. Many voters hated the era of record immigration. They might hate the era of record deportations even more. Originally Posted by txdot-guy

There's too many people living on Government handouts
and dole relief NOW.

... Questions abound:

... How and Why will urban economics buckle??
... Which homes will go unbuilt??
... Why would sick Americans go untreated??
... How would life-saving medicines go undiscovered??

Please explain.

Some people may not like immigration but immigrants tend to be hard working and prolific. The trick is to keep immigration consistent enough to keep our birth rates high enough to replace our workforce as our population ages. This requires good schools and the ability to integrate immigrants children into our society so that they see themselves as Americans first and foremost.

Unfortunately the Trump administration’s scare tactics and fear mongering are not helping the country.

Were we to stick with democrat principles to push back against a declining population, the USA will become indistinguishable from El Salvador. This is why we need to implement things like Poland’s Family 500+ program.

Salvadorans only account for 3% of the total foreign born population and most are here legally.

Even without revoking their TPS and deporting them the U.S. would not resemble El Salvador within 40 years. Your math doesn't math any better than how Trump is going to get to 1 million deportations in a year

Articles there like the one TxDot references are the
worst-case affect... While we're all surely forgettin'
one thing - we can ADD to the population with LEGAL
IMMIGRATION - which can continue to happen.

And THAT can off-set any "drop in population" concerns.

Absolutely. The more illegals thrown out the merrier.

So why does it seem like he's struggling so hard to find criminals to deport?

He promised to prioritize the worst of the worst. Meanwhile he's using a DUI from 12 years ago with no subsequent offenses to try to strip people's green cards and deport them. Deporting even good, God-fearing Christians to bump up those numbers.

He's made America less attractive. Except for you
