He's not saying anything largely different that Mueller concluded. Any reasonable prosecutor couldn't hold Trump to these charges legally, but if the House wants to proceed they certainly can.

Now if you want to suddenly decide you like what Napolitano advocates, the I'm sure you want all his other statements and judgments regarding Hillary and the left's involvement that have been both proven and covered up by Mueller to be thoroughly prosecuted too.

Of the ten examples that Mueller listed, this one would be the easiest to prove. Even though McGahn did not carry out the request, you can be guilty of obstruction by making an attempt. I don't know if the case that Pelosi is trying to build will have anything stronger than this one example. By the dim-retard's current definition of "obstruction", anyone that ever entered a plea of "not guilty" and paid for a defense attorney to be defended against charges is now somehow guilty of obstruction, and that, ladies, gentlemen and various miscreants, is a bullshit perversion of the American jurisprudence system.

An innocent man has the God-given right to protest his innocence without worrying about being charged with a process crime for protesting his innocence. Only true Stalinist-statists would believe otherwise.

Do you live under a government founded by a different group of men?

BTW, Trump isn't "guilty", and those who are literate and educated in the art of reading understand what Mueller meant when he declared: "... the evidence does not establish that the President was involved in an underlying crime related to Russian election interference” and “... this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime...”

And even the "guilty" are presumed innocent until pronounced otherwise in a court of law. Only dim-retards don't understand that fundamental American principle.

And you hanging your hat -- your faulty "belief" -- on Mueller's innuendo and slander while hypocritically ignoring Mueller's black letter opinion on actual guilt shows just how fucked-up your "belief system" can be.

After Corney publicly confirmed the existence ofthe FBT's Russia investigation on March 20, 2017, the President was "beside himself' and expressed anger that Corney did not issue a statement correcting any misperception that the President himself was under investigation. The President sought to speak with Acting Attorney General Boente directly and told McGahn to contact Boente to request that Corney make a clarifying statement. The President then asked other intelligence community leaders to make public statements to refute the suggestion that the President had links to Russia, but the leaders told him they could not publicly comment on the
investigation. On March 30 and April 11, against the advice of White House advisors who had informed him that any direct contact with the FBI could be perceived as improper interference in an ongoing investigation, the President made personal outreaches to Corney asking him to "lift the cloud" ofthe Russia investigation by making public the fact that the President was not personally under investigation.

Through out Volume ll are incidents of Putin’s punk requesting that members of his swamp cover his fat lying ass. McGhan, McDonald, McFarland, Coates, Cohen, Comey, Sessions were all approached by Lardass to falsify documents, make public statements of his innocence and join his obstruction campaign. They all refused to cover for the lying piece of shit while he barked “Fake News”.
