You're not a BBW...you're just obese...

Well, they closed the Lard Ass thread over in National. But fat is still fat.

Maybe you should start one instead about people that waste their time writing multiple paragraph posts about shit they claim not to give a fuck about...ijs. Originally Posted by boardman

After two weeks of preparing my own food tailored for my diet we went to bubba gump's in galveston for my fathers birthday. Everything on the menu is either covered in butter or deep fried. Served up with a huge helping of carbs.
No wonder America is full of fatasses.

P.S.-Just stepped off the scale, 174 lbs. That makes 24 pounds, 12% of my body weight, lost in 10 weeks...no exercise...four pounds to goal weight, should be no problem to get there in two weeks. Then the restructured diet happens a week before my exercise regimen starts...

Some of these fat lazy bastards...

You do know the optimal time to weigh yourself is first thing in the morning after you evacuate right?
Wakeup's Avatar
That's why I weigh myself only once every two weeks and always at night after dinner. I'm not looking for my lightest weight time, I'm looking for my normal weight.

Two weeks in (not counting the first week) I've lost 6lbs. through diet and exercise alone.
No trendy shitty sports drinks, or faggity-ass supplements.
It can be done. With a little discipline and determination.

Yep, it's not hard at all. No fad diets, books, or what Oprah recommends bullshit...just the will to do it. People see a lot of weight loss in the first couple weeks when the water weight goes away and then when it levels off to a pound or two each week they think it's not working and give up...

It's way past time these people realize they're nothing but lazy...everything else is just an excuse...

I'm honestly not looking forward to the muscle weight phase of this...I'm not in the Army any more, so there's no pressure to stay in better shape than the rest of my platoon, so we'll see how it goes when I get there in a couple weeks.

Water weight gain? Even if I'm consuming 135+ oz. of water daily?
