I've drank sodas everyday damn near my whole life and haven't gained a damn thing.True, true, I did leave out the lucky, skinny fucks, like yourself and seedy (I'm surprised that the wind doesn't catch him and blow him away), but for a lot of us slightly heavier ones, it generally applies. LMFAO!
I don't drink hardly any water and I'd love to know where my body is storing the fat it's supposed to be storing lol.

Ok, then I will give you some tips to help you along.
1. Drink water, lots of it. Cut out soda and juice. Too much sugar. As a matter of fact cut out all sugar.
2. NO CARBS!!! Whole grains are ok but white bread is a no no.
3. NO CARBS!!! Try to limit them as much as possible.
4. Low cal diets fail. If you exercise you burn. If you don't eat enough calories your not replenishing the fuel.
Back to the water issue. In order to maintain proper hydration you must consume a certain amount of water a day. Take your weight. Divide it by two then replace lbs.with oz.
