Guys: What is more important: BJ or Greek?

From a safety standpoint, BBBJ is a risky practice (although I very much enjoy it). Assuming it's covered (as it definitely should be), Greek would be a safer bet for your menu, although some guys may be too big for you to accommodate (I'm probably not, so I volunteer to help you with your decision....:-)
