Oh that's his reason. Originally Posted by Levianon17I suppose one must first have sufficient scientific/medical evidence with the requisite training to identify "covid related symptoms" as opposed to media headlines.
.... with mandatory mask wearing. Rebreathing carbon-dioxide explains the reduced cognitive abilities.Blackman’s conclusion looked pretty cut and dry to me, a non-lawyer. It had nothing to do with legal education or politics and everything to do with the Louisiana statutes.
When a lawyer, even one pretending to be one, responds the judge customarily asks for some credentials or expertise to justify the "response" other than .... "you’re still as wrong"...!
I used to believe that law schools, like medical schools, had a baseline level of legal (medical) training that provided those who managed to graduate with a level of interest in inquiring about challenges to new events and circumstances .... rather than speculating on conclusions that support their momentary view of a subject matter that supports their agenda. But apparently not .... those professional educational institutions must be too consumed with which statues to tear down, what libraries to burn, and the chapters of U.S. history to revise.
It appears that according to the "current" legal educational standards .... arbitrary and capricious employment practices that discriminate against current and potential employees based upon no scientific evidence to support the decision making is acceptable and can be forced upon those who are employed and those who want to be employed ... as opposed to those sucking off the government tit.
That disgusting political agenda will soon be gone! Thank God! Because ...

.... with mandatory mask wearing. Rebreathing carbon-dioxide explains the reduced cognitive abilities.Evidently, and unsurprisingly, you have no clue what you’re talking about. BUT, if you can substantiate any of your theories or proclamations regarding applicability or “intentional torts” by an employer by firing employees not vaccinated or giving employees a choice between vaccinations and termination or whatever the hell else you claim or why employers need to up their insurance limits or even why or how discrimination laws would apply for a person that refuses to get vaccinated, Put it out there. Show me is that you’re correct, if you can
