Shapiro is Jewish, but he supports a TWO State Solution for the Gaza strip. Plus, he has been critical of Bengy N. So, his position on Israel is not an issue for Harris or being on the ticket.
It would have been a better choice to pick Shapiro in terms of the Electoral College. Harris/Walz still have to win any four of these six swing states to get to 270. Penn,Mich,Wisc,Nev,Ga and Arizona. Shapiro is a popular gov in Penn, he should be able to bring it in even though he is not on the ticket.
Recent polling for Harris/Walz is looking good.
