What makes a regular a regular? We have grandfathered selected friends that visit 1-2 or more a month, not long ago a gent that visited us before complained because we would not give him a rate from a special rate he get got over a year ago, he had not visit us since, and how we should honor him that rate because he was a regular visitor, we think not. Then we get new friends that ask for rates we have not asked for in 2 years. Sorry will not do that and not fair for those gentlemen accept the rates. Why we raised our rates?, we not felt comfortable with our screener, we relied on his screening skills, we had no issues but always felt uncomfortable with new clients. We trained a new screnner and started again rescreening. We get much less customers, but we feel safe and comfortable and our friends feel safe and comfortable also. With this industry having a human commodity, you have to strive to be the "Best Company to Work For", so to speak. Happy employees make happy clients. It works well for big business. If employees know that they can look forward to healthcare and there are bonuses for doing good work, the turn-around rate is lower, and the employees are happier. Same thing with escorting.

I understand what you mean, and there are very few ladies that understand what higher rates implies and when to raise rates. That's the very reason why some ladies who deserve more choose not to ask for more.
