Onei, what was the "Shayla, my hats off to you for helping out like you do" comment referring to? Originally Posted by ATF Hobby

Yes, "money management" is good. However, I wish more ladies would learn that it IS a business.

1) Keep the damn appointments.
2) Answer the phone, e-mails, etc.

This is 100% a business. I have owned my own business since 1992 and its never easy to be successful all the time. Also with millions of new business started in the US every year about 97% of them are gone within 5 years. With most business there are basics business practices that have to be followed or the business is doomed to fail. Currently my business is training people to open and grow there own business. The ones that follow the basics do well and the ones that think they know what they are doing and do it there own way almost always fail.

The point of a business is to make money but most people who start there own business what to put there own ideas in to it. This business is super easy compared to most but there doesn't seem to be any consistency to how providers go about running it.

Is there a place for girls to go to learn the basics of the business. I see a lot of girls who are new who follow a girl who is experienced and learn from them. Problem with that is does she have good or bad business practiced. For that matter what are the good and bad business practices for this business.

There are online training websites that you set up with videos, test, automatic grading systems and even a way to give out completion certificates that they get when they learn everything. Now I know that since everyone is so worried about LE that its hard to get a straight answer out of anyone of what works and what doesn't and then even harder for them to what that published.

I know that if that was done girls would be safer, more profitable, stable, and have a longer career and easier one. This would be a fun project to do if there was the time to do it.

Ok, let me ask this: if I haven't heard from a favorite client in a month or so, I send a PM because I'm genuinely concerned about his well being (stress level). BUT I'm ways afraid that the hobbyist will read it as I'm broke and looking for business (which is only ever partially true - business is probably slow enough that I have time to think and go through my list of clients). So, if you receive an email from me, does it make you smile because I'm thinking about you or do you roll your eyes thinking that I'm just looking for money? Originally Posted by Claire She Blows

So, no; I would not mind being solicited at all! Plus, it is nice to have a hello in your inbox, even if it is just a "hello, we haven't met before, but I've read your posts and dig your style; would you like to get together?"

So 3D, almost seems like P411 needs to expand the Client side of things to match the Providers activities.

Activities, $ range, normal availability. Likewise the ladies could mark their favorites. Not sure about the rating thing though..LOL I might show up with a 1/2 star.

It might make us change the way we assign ratings and reviews!

Ladies writing reviews on guys... Why? Are they paying us now?

The only benefit (to them, not us) would be if they incorporate a sliding rate system.

Different rates for hunks vs big boys (I am not even going own that racial line), or comes in 5 min vs needs hard work for an hour ... Easy MSOG vs that 2nd shot prepare to go into OT.
Yeah I can see that, but at the end of the day, a benji is a benji, so it will be short lived.

Asian Annie the Anus-wrecker sees that we are a match and sends me a PM "Hey 3day, I have an available slot today at 5pm; and if you will fill it, I propose a rate of $175."

However, Beautiful Bo-Ling the Butt-Ninja sees the same post and offers me a rate of $150. I'm a fool not to let free-market economics do its thing!

ok, that would be one small use,
for starters, why don't some of you simply put it in your "signature" and see if that gets you anywhere....
Or you could start a thread in Request/ISO where guys can put their rate/menu/availability, like ummmhhh, a pick up line / dude auction ???

Don't get me wrong, I do like the idea, but I think it will have so many abstruse uses that it will be useless.

Closest is P411, I remember I put a few of my things in there, and you can use the Other Information / Bio extensively. So as somebody mentioned, it might just need to be expanded for rate/availability and the ladies to search for us... send Gina (GinaXXX) a PM/email.

I really do not mind receiving unsolicited email from ladies I have seen , as long as it is once a month or more infrequently.
Why would a gal mark her favorite clients for the world to see? "He's a great tipper, gives excellent backrubs, and always leaves within 55 minutes...lets himself out because I can't move from the massive O." Screw that, the fewer numbers he has in his phone, the better for me, financially and otherwise (I like backrubs). Now I'd give him a great reference if he needed a reference, but I'm not going to advertise to the competition how great of a client he is. This is a business afterall...

As far as receiving lower rates for being a good lover, handsome, white (eyeroll), and whatever...no thanks. For starters, the rate structure isn't set-up to cover the BCD activities, it's to cover the risk, incall costs, pre and post date clean-up, and a few of the other things F2C mentioned earlier on in this thread (although who the hell needs new stripper shoes every month, ha!). To be honest, the guys who walk in with the ego of "I'm such a stud, I should be getting extra time/a deal/etc" are the ones who are the biggest pains in the ass to see.

Aside from being a Negative Nancy, I'm pro open market and therefore pro access to more perfect information, blah blah blah. You kids keep brainstorming -- this is a fun thread.
What would be useful for boys in search (and marketing for the girls) is a personalized recommendation generator of sorts. You really liked BustyBecca and FoxyPhyllis, we recommend you try StariDaze, JessiJizz, or JuniperJune. Like Pandora or Netflix, but much tastier -- "We see you adore Latina co-ed spinners who provide Greek..."

It'd be difficult to gather the data to make it work and it'd require a lot of upkeep to perfect the details in the database, but that would be awesome. Suggestions could be based on physical attributes, BCD personality, rates, or BBBJ styles. Any of the girls will tell you that they recognize trends on which girls are sited as references for new dates, so this would be a way to capture that. Start-up costs would be rather high, since several boys would have to book a shit-ton of dates just to get the ball rolling...but it would be awesome. Nothing wrong with dreamin'...
