You made no points worth responding to. It's obvious that the Constitution has no meaning to you, so why bother arguing? It's ok to not like the Constitution, the majority of people in the US and Congress don't. We like the facade of a Constitution, but if it gets in the way of what we want to do, then we redefine the words therein, and are satisfied. But we currently have no effective Constitution.
