When is a provider review too personal?

Another thing we haven't mentioned that's also at play here is peer pressure. I'm pretty sure the OP's review was also written in such a manner as to build up his Eccie "Street Cred" if you will. There seems to be a culture that rallies around others for their ability to be creative with insults so it appears to me Cream of Crop was trying to cash in his insult chip. If you check out the review he actually got all of the LOL's and LMAO responses that he no doubt expected until I chimed in with a dissenting viewpoint and then others followed suit.

Maybe in a sense I'm calling for more civility and as I've mentioned before honest reviews are expected but beauty really is in the eye of the beholder. It's the same concept with all the fat girl bashing. I know I digress but I know some fat girls that are flat out attractive and will make you want and desire them. Another topic though.

Seriously though.

Is it fair for a hobbyist to write an overly insensitive review? No

Is life fair? Nada

Is this board fair?... me thinks you all can fill this one in.
I am amazed at how personal some reviews get and they sometimes border on cruelty. When is the line crossed? Is there a better way to describe someone's body/breath/twat funk/scars/etc? Providers read reviews about them and I wonder what they think about the shit people say. You are a provider and you open ECCCIE and see a review that says "her twat smelled like a rotting dead mule, her asshole had shit smears, and her breath smelled like 8 kinds of infected cock." The challenge is to be honest with your review without being overly mean. The exception is if the provider is mean/rude and made no effort to give you a quality experience (clean bed, no used rubbers on the floor, etc.). If s/he does not care about you as a client coming into a clean and respectful environment, then you are fair game. Thoughts?

What if providers did public reviews of clients? Originally Posted by Bigdawg300

Also why the fuck do you care? If their shit reaks, then we all should know, and if that hurts their feelings then wtf? Maybe they should practice hygiene. You're renting their vagina/ass/mouth, so yeah we would like to know what we are paying for.

I've had a couple of sessions where I didn't perform my best but I think I would do well. All of the providers I've seen of their own volition have said they were genuinely and sexually attracted to me so that's what I base it on. Originally Posted by Zanzibar789

Wow, Pipeliner, it surprises me greatly to hear you speak about ladies in this manner; seems you are now falling into the "Bros before Hos mentality." In the review we are speaking of, the OP openly trashed the provider and it was not in ROS.

PS...When I compliment someone bcd, I genuinely mean it, otherwise I say nothing at all. There are sincere ladies out there and I'm sure Zanzibar's ATF was sincere when she complimented him & he does say all the ladies have told him this, so pretty good odds they were being truthful.

It's only "bros before hos" because we're paying...when you start paying, you can expect equal treatment...until then, deal...

If i only heard it from Hobby women I'd think they were lying and full of shit. Lol but that's not the case. I remember my first time with my ATF and she said she actually forgot for a minute that she was with a client. Lol

now about the above quote, completely not how I think. heck that even goes against what many have posted on their showcases doesn't it? that could almost be construed as an admission it seems to me. also, as a new guy you're sorta ruining the experience. :P isn't this for enjoyment? guess you could be the S&M type. do you not even talk to the providers you meet at all? just disrobe, get at it, drop cash, leave? (or some variation?)

I know I talk too much but I do enjoy their mouths for conversing with them to. so far I've enjoyed the ones I've met. including the hanging out and conversations.

also it seems your first few sentences are based on a notion that a harsh or cruel review is always the truth. are you considering that some could be fabricated and or lies? I try to consider that reading reviews but when there is a "no" review you know it gets read first most likely (I know I do) and even if it's a lie everyone knows there is still a 50% chance it could have been true so why be extra mean about it? the damage is done. (I know maybe veteran's know more so what to ignore but some of us don't)

probably a better way to have worded the above thought but eh, hopefully you understand my point.

just my two cents.

I appriciate the guys who are openly assholes. The cruel, the insulting, and the misogynistic. The first thing I do when I get an appointment request is check your reviews and comments on threads. Gives me great pleasure to tell them no when they request my time. Your money is no good here , if youre that type of Man.
Thats a reach. And not true for me at least. It is the quality. My reviews are for myself and the fellow providers I share references with. Originally Posted by Sonya

Now to the current topic in this thread....WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK???

Ive never seen, nor interacted with BA, but for fucks sake, I would know exactly what I was getting if I booked an appt with her....her physical appearance isnt a secret, its been discussed, and her pictures, I would assume, are representative of her appearance. If her stomach was going to be an issue, you can see it in her pictures. For that, creamofthecrop is a jackass.

For BA to definitively say that creamofthecrop is the same guy that has been "stalking" her over the last year, seems a stretch to me. The ONLY correlation she has is a bad review??

As for the review itself, IMO, theres no need for it to be written that way, nor titled that way. A title of "Review: Busty Amy, not AT ALL what I was expecting" would have been a clear title, set the tone, been honest, and not been a freaking dick about it. I want honesty in reviews, but you not need to make it sound personal, like you are out to get someone.

I also have to think that some of the guys here think its en vogue to be a dick for no reason and target certain providers. Am I a WK, or even generally a real friendly guy? Fuck no, and most would say that I am an asshole, but they will also tell you that Im not an asshole without reason, and if I unleash assholeness on you, you likely did something to prompt it, it not deserve it.....and so far as I can see BA did nothing in this case to deserve it.

Having personally met Pipeliner in the past week or so, I think maybe he didn't read the entire thread prior to commenting or something, which is why I said it surprised me so greatly. He's an extremely nice, young, gorgeous gentleman & was super complimentary & conscious of my time, etc. I understand the need to know if someone isn't taking care of themselves, but there is a kind way to do it, even if you feel the need to do in non-ROS...no need to be hateful about it.

I think he's still morning the death of his engine & the $$$$$$$ he's having to shell out, can't say as I blame him for that:

As I understand it reviews are meant to be honest, and informative, so readers can decide to spend their time and money with a certain provider or not. Reviews shouldn't be hurtful or disrespectful, although some people will have thin skin.. The reviewer should have the intelligence and manners to explain a negative incidence without being overtly rude, or crude. For example if a lady has an oder, instead of stating "her pussy smells like a dead mule", state "her personal hygiene was far less then standard", or " I couldn't stand her personal hygiene". If describing a poor Greek encounter instead of saying, "the bitch shit on my cock mother fucker" use "I put in vanilla and back chocolate". You still get the point across with out the crudeness or disrespect.
Also I don't mind the idea of providers reviewing the gentlemen, sort of get the other persons perspective like the NC/NS go in the Co-ed forum. In addition I think the providers should be able to view/read the reviews like those who don't have ROS privileges, but there should be an extra category "Suggestions" where the reviewer can make comments that would help providers become "better", or taylor there practice here and there, as long as it is constructive criticism. Just me opinion.

[Btw, I was unaware this was referencing a specific review, I thought it was a general reflection of reviews/ROS in general]

I am not condoning his thread title. Yes that's cruel and there was absolutely no need for it. Maybe he should have kept it for the ROS or not have said it all. What I am condoning, and will readily defend, is when he touched on how it's hard to comment on odors/mouth/<insert negative physical attribute>

If someone goes and sees an escort, and he has terrible breath, horrendous BO coming from her nether regions how exactly should this be approached. Because it seems like half of these post are saying calling these things out are rude. However these are very important "quality assurance" attributes I would like addressed as they can have a direct correlation to the quality of my time spent with said woman.

So to act like he shouldn't comment on these negativities because it might offend someones sensitivities directly resulting in decreased rate-of-return from my investment in said woman's time.

But this is where things are going to get convoluted. (Not going to touch on the subject of them being assumed truthful, even though most reviews are, however if the review isn't truthful I imagine there are methods to address that)

If someone doesn't enjoy their time with the provider, and are going to give a no recommendation, the provider should know why client had a bad time, so they can take action to correct it (See BO)

Also not sure on how your post turned into assuming how I spend my time with providers or where you got any of that but can't really address something that is fiction.

The break down is, for the most part, clients are mostly interested in activities involving the providers mouth/vagina. So if there is a reason, why someone might not enjoy what they are interested in, there should be a cear notification. No you don't have to comment on how it made you want to puke. All he had to do was give the NO recommendation and say the scar was more distracting then he was prepared for and leave it at that.
