As I said before, a private residence is absolutely the best place to have one of these functions because of the level of the expectations of privacy you have in your own home.....It makes it that much more difficult for an arrest to turn into a conviction, but even that doesn't completely protect you 100% so you still have to be careful of what's going on even at your private residence social.....
