And you think America doesn't? I've got some waterfront property in Arizona to sell ya.

And WWE love them some Saudi moneys.

Nope, America loves its WWE too. But the US government doesn’t pay Vince McMahon hundreds of millions each year to put on a show in Washington, does it?

Who’s your favorite, Ellen?

In the UK, it seems most of the football (futbol) clubs are now owned by foreigners. How would that sit here?

Similar to the LIV tour.

Puts fans in a tight spot. You love the game more than you hate outsiders, so then… Originally Posted by Yssup Rider

I also like the guy because unlike the other owners Trump was cool with, he was the only one who was honest when Trump bashed the NFL during the Kap protests. He simply spoke the truth and said Trump is still just mad that he could never afford an NFL team. He was right about that. Trump is not liquid. Why do you think that guy is always scrounging around for money and borrowing money? He has even stooped as low to host this LIV tour for a money grab because he is so desperate for cash. Hell, Trump won't even be running for president in 2024 but he will fool his followers to believe he is just to get their money for his campaign.

Okay, enough play time with you Trumpette simpletons. What do you think of him hosting two golf tournaments for those people for a money grab? Do you support the Saudi's and their despicable abuse of human rights particularly against women? If so, do tell.

This is what a scumbag we are talking about. It's all about his wallet. And I'm cool with that, but not for president. For you fools who think he will win in 2024, he just dug his own grave whether you want to admit it or not. How hard do you think it would be to debate him when he took a lot of money from those savages to host their fucking golf tournaments? I am sure the women with any sense in this country will be thrilled that he made X number of millions from a place where their basic human rights don't matter.

Philosophize that shit, blouses. And yes, I know by starting this thread, I may get some of the dumbest Trumpette posts in history but hey, who doesn't need a good laugh on occasion?

YR, I can't completely disagree with you at all there. He pretty much ruined the USFL when he insisted on going head to head with the NFL. The other owners knew it was a bad idea but Trump is a hard headed bully so they were pretty much fucked.

But NFL owners do care about money, and they are not trying to hear that yeah, I can put 10% down and I'll borrow the rest to pay for a team. It's like buying a house. Who is the owner going to sell to for the same price - the person who can afford to just write a check for it or the person who can't really afford it so he can only put 5-10% down and has to borrow the rest?

Again though, you're right about the USFL. Even if all things being equal financially, the NFL owners are smart enough to know not to have the smell of Trump stink up their brand with all of his drama and "look at me" bullshit. As a Cowboys fan, Jerry Jones does enough of that already by himself, but they put up with his shit because he makes them more money. Unlike Trump's fake ass, Jerry actually is a brilliant bullshitter businessman.

In 2014, Trump reportedly offered $900 million to buy the Buffalo Bills, but lost out to the Pegula family who paid a then-record NFL price of $1.3 billion.

For you to say he could "never afford" an NFL team is patently untrue. It's true he was never successful in purchasing one, but not because he couldn't afford it.

Money that is raised for political campaigns by & large has to be spent on those campaigns. It would be illegal for Trump to divert it for his personal or business use.

If you put your house on the market and received competing bids of $500k cash or $700K (fully approved mortgage with 10% down), which one would you accept?

I may be a bit slow, but I thought this thread was about the Saudis buying/renting golfers for their tournaments and renting venues to host said tournaments of which Trump managed to secure two dates for his courses. But reading this, it sounds like Trump can't afford an NFL franchise and whether he is running for President in 2024. What is this thread about? The former or the later? I just want to post the correct GIF is all.

I'll take an edumacated guess I s'pose.

Ammirite? Yeah baby, he's running and no earthly idea why he would want to tackle the steaming pile of crap F Joe Biden has amassed in so short a time.
