It has happened before but NEVER to the extent that Trump has done it. You would be hard pressed to find lies that Obama or Bush told while in office. Occasionally they stretched the truth or maybe they did not predict the future correctly, as Obama did when he said under Obamacare people would be able to keep their doctors. But with Trump it is a daily occurrence. If he is not reading off of a teleprompter, word-for-word what has been written for him, it is likely he will at some point not tell the truth.

As for the report that Trump worked for the Russians. The media did NOT say that. The NY Times reported that the FBI launched an investigation into that.

Did the FBI launch an investigation? If yes, the media (NY Times) is not lying. If no, the NY Times lied. Obviously Trump denies that he worked for the Russians but he does not deny that the FBI looked into it. As of right now, the media has not been proven to have lied about it.

This is by accidental admission in the link I supplied above.
I am not saying that Trump "worked for Russia." But there is alot of other stuff being shaken from the tree that does NOT point away from him and Russia having dealings.

Said it before. Will say it again. Trump could have eliminated a high percentage of doubts about his ties (and those that are claimed manipulating him) if he would have just produced his tax records.

Since he like to take the path of misdirection, he isn't using it well since more attention is being drawn to him like the TP that stuck to his shoe.

Why is it ludicrous? Because you know all about him? Because he says he is innocent? Or because you WANT there to be nothing there?
