22 too young for hobbying?

I have a Over 30 Policy for a few reasons...

1. Seeing as I am in my 20's, I do not want to run into someone I went to school with (its happened)
2. Most younger men do not know the etiquette of the hobby
3. I hate the whiners! "oh please, would you just swallow for me??"
4. There tends to be no respect for what I do and its followed by ncns's, lines being blurred and late night calls.

Once I kept encountering these problems I just stopped seeing younger men all together, I prefer them to be "seasoned". Originally Posted by Anastasia Roberts

I dont see an age all i see is a hard d***
lol

as long as you are respectable and follow the rules

i have seen younger clients and in my experience, they never whined and were quite easy to get off, hehe, i mean afterall they are more inexperienced and most people outside of review boards and hard hobbyist know that you can get a provider to do bbbj, lol

Since he started the thread in July of 2011, he is probably no longer 22 now.

What it comes down to is presentation, that very first impression that the provider gets when you contact her. Be respectful of who she is and what she does. I see posts all the time on here where guys are openly calling providers whores, bitches, sluts, hookers. I mean I get why they're saying that - the nature of what the provider does, exchange of funds for certain services - but that doesn't mean you have to treat them as beneath you, because if you think about it what does that say about hobbyists that we have to resort to this lifestyle? Wouldn't that put us beneath those who don't participate in this lifestyle? No, it's just a choice we make. Likewise for the provider.

Do your research first before jumping in the water. The less you can come off as a newbie the better. You're still going to come off as a newbie in some way but the more you know walking in the better. Find out the do's and don'ts of the hobby.

Don't haggle! Her asking price is her asking price. This isn't a car dealership or a real estate investment. If you walk into a fancy restaurant and order a $40 plate, you don't say to the waiter "Now I only have $25....can we work something out?". If you see that a provider is out of your price range, stick with that first realization and move on. Or...[logic]...save up. The hobby life is an expensive one. Even if the woman is only charging $100, that's still $100 out of your pocket.

The age restriction with some providers is warranted based on their past experiences. I've contacted 3 providers where I was only a couple of years (or a few years depending on when it was) below their limit. I stated that and respectfully asked if there was a chance and if there wasn't I thanked them for their time responding. Each one responded back "I'd prefer to see clients over 30...but you sound very mature...let's set something up". They would even comment on how mature and respectful I was when we met up and let me know that if I wanted to see them again that I'm welcome to. Presentation is key!

I entered into this lifestyle when I was 25 but spent about a year or so before that carefully researching. Be respectful, obey their do's and don'ts, be clean and fresh when you meet up, don't be pushy on anything and you'll be surprised how far that gets you.
Maybe he stopped by a bar on the way for a beer and a shot and some young hottie hit on him... Originally Posted by trynagetlaid

jb20...when i was 22 i could go to a bar and get the hobby kind of action for 'free'. now that i am old(er) i have to pay for it. whether it be a 20something or a 30something or a +++, my point is that YOU are 22 there are plenty of opportunities out there for you to get it for 'free' with a little bit of good BS. why waste your money on the hobby at 22 when there is so much available for you. you'll have plenty of time to pay for it when you are older, MUCH older. mho

good luck either way Originally Posted by fletch

No it's not too young. Just be respectful and nice. You should be ok. One of my clients is 18 just turned 19. We are good friends now. But I saw him only because he was really mature.

Oh, geez...Okay, maybe QueenSophie's point was missed...

Hey Jb20, pulling a NC/NS is a dick move, regardless of age.

If you make an appointment, keep the appointment.

If you cannot make the appointment, contact that provider and cancel it.

All you are doing when you leave a provider hanging with a NC/NS is putting yet another hurdle in your path...not to mention that you're making it exponentially more difficult on yourself because your pool of providers willing to give you a chance just shrunk significantly.

Any guy in his early 20s (hell any guy under 50) with enough money to hobby, who can't get laid easily by civvies, is a sad case. It doesn't matter if he's not gorgeous. These days, any guy who's willing to spend some money can get laid and go home. It astounds me to keep seeing these posts from young guys. If that sounds insensitive, well sorry.

22 too young? Hell, I started hobbying when I was 17, back in the heyday of the Rosedale/Riverside street scene in Fort Worth. As long as you have the money, know what you're looking for, and play it safe you should be fine.
I've seen both young and older guys...and sometimes the young one is more respectable (to me) than the older one.
.why? Don't know or really care why..just tossed it in the air as they were having a bad day! But hey as long as you respect me and my boundaries and can have an intelligent conversation ...we are good to go! Good luck in your search!!
