Just save and pay cash. There are plenty of nice vehicles out there under 10k. I got my truck 4 days ago. It's a 2010, had only 37K miles on it, and NOTHING wrong with it inside or out. and I got it off of craigslist! Some lady bought it for her son, the son has gone to the military and she did not want it any longer.. Simple! Now if I had a car already I would simply concentrate on getting it taken care of and paid off if it isn't already. That way you don't owe anyone a damn thing and can actually save a little money.
