In fact, the IRS can not legally repeat anything to another department. Technically, there's forms for illegal income and it's "supposedly" confidential. They just want their cut. You can run a completely cash business for all the IRS cares, as long as they believe you are indeed claiming all your income. Having receipts (thus, setting up a dummy business) does lower the chances of an audit. But the IRS will only audit you if they believe you are not claiming all your income, not how you got your income.

Here's a serious question (I apologize for multiple posts) porn is legal. If every client recorded a short video (no face) would that make it legal? Or is there licenses needed for porn? I think technically the filming of porn is only legal in California. And then all the actors have to be registered (to avoid underage situations) as well as the film itself. (That's why all those supposed bachelorette/dancing bear/bar orgy party films are fake. Everyone has to be registered beforehand. Otherwise, they would be illegal.)

Find a cheap accountant that will file your quarterly taxes for around 200 a quarter. At that time you may loan the company monies, which you can pull out later without paying taxes on (providing that the company makes money) Then you could start taking a payroll check to show income. You are entitled to show a loss on your taxes by investing monies for a very long time.

Also note by doing this you may be able to write off, lunches, motels, mileage, travel?

Technically in the United States making or acting in porn is only legal in Los Angeles and New Hampshire, though this is hardly enforced so no need to pack your bags just yet. Surprisingly enough though most cities do not want a porn company moving into downtown, there are only a limited amount of areas zoned for “Adult Use” so make sure you have all your ducks in a row before you pay a security deposit.
