The law was written that everyone in the 50 states were eligible for the ACA....but now there is a story that those people who live in the US territories are not covered; Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Truk, etc. So you see, there is no universal coverage. You asked, make a snarky remark and here is your answer idiot.JD, due to a quirk in the law these people(about 77,000) are not eligible for the subsidy. They are eligible to purchase a policy. Did you read your own link? Still millions of people who did not have health insurance last year will have it next year(tomorrow) because of the ACA. Try to think of the big picture. Two million people went to the FED.GOV web site on 12/23/13. Do you think they went just to surf the internet?
