When Obama bailed out 1,000 troubled assets he gave them just 600 billion. The stimulus worked it allowed the economy to gain traction while the banks were recovering. The proof is in the numbers, Trumps best GDP growth number is 2.9% the same as Obama. All that talk that Trump did about 3% GDP growth was just a fantasy.
