NO JUSTICE NO PIECE I do think there was justice he was charged and went thru the court and was judged not guilty by a jury of his peers NUFF SAID
I guess i thought the context of the discussion concerned a guy who was in fact, as proven in a court of law getting beat up by a 17 year old who weighed 40lbs less than he did, so he had to kill him with the gun he was carrying.... Originally Posted by Doove

you do realize that if martin would of killed zimmerman, he could of used self defense as a reason and the verdict could of been the same for him also, before people start slapping each other on the back, you're allowed to use deadly force if you think you will suffer bodily harm or death, and you don't have to show any wounds much less even been touched, really it would of been easier for martin to get off on self defense, since it's documented with the 911 call that zimmerman was following martin, not illegal at all, but since no one saw the initial contact he could of easily claimed that zimmerman instigated the fight, and to defend himself he had to kill him, since he had no weapon he had to use any means at his disposal,
So you see it could of easily been the other way around. as long as you kill that person and no one see it, you have reasonable doubt which means not guilty, and a affirmative defense since it only take your view at the time of the incident, both would of had the same view so both would of been justify to kill the other.

There is a old mafia proverb
Three can keep a secret if two are dead.

here's something else you can chew on.

there's the truth
and there is what you can prove.

Also, Zimmerman is young and has some issues, which means he's going to fuck up/slip up eventually, just like OJ, and the fates won't be so merciful next time.
