is it wrong to be quiet during oral?

I pondered this post and felt that it deserved consideration and some serious research. Over the last few days I have really poured my soul into solving this scientific question. The experimental subjects will remain at large, but what I can say is that after all of the data has been crunched, the only conclusion that I have been able to arrive at is: More research is needed! And I'm on it!

YES, It is wrong to be quiet during oral, regardless of who is giving and who is getting the oral.....Period.
