You knew this was coming....but so soon?

You throw that word around a lot don't you? BIGOT! My experience is that people who just throw it around willy-nilly are probably guilty of being just that. Who had their freedom taken away? Give an example. The other choice is that you NOW feel free to be who you really are. So now you can go cruise the trannie pages (or have you gone all gay on us?) without feeling guilty anymore. It's very clear you didn't read his posts. He want's to take their freedom, doesn't want to serve them, doesn't want to employ them, doesn't want them to marry. Hell if he had his way he'd likely have them rounded up and tossed in jail just for being gay. I suspect you'd back him in this endeavor.

Hello, their right to marry for a long time was not allowed.......... why cause traditional belief was that marriage was between only a man and a woman....... there was NO legal standing for this up until about 12 years ago when all of a sudden the states decided to adopt that ideal into law soon as it became clear gays were going to pursue this right that EVERYONE else has. This was completely a religious and moral objection, there is and has been ZERO legal basis to have ever denied it and you sir can not make one. If this was such a firm belief that this was such a crime, why wasn't it a law 20 years ago, or 50 or 100? This is why SCOTUS made the ruling they did, laws were suddenly put in place to marginalize a group of people. I guess you are too blind to see that, lucky for us others aren't.

The fact you had to end your rebuttal with nothing more than 9th grade insults just shows you really have zero solid ground with which to stand on and you hope that all I'll see is the insult and react to it rather than debate the real issues here.
Should gays have the right to marry, yes they should and they finally were granted that right, get over it and move forward with your life. This new thing really has zero affect on your life. It's impact on you is totally a moral one and sorry that's not a basis with which to deny it.

Isn't that a right or it used to be a right for business owners? Employ them? When did we get to that? Anyone see anyone trying to hire someone around here? More of that smoke you're blowing. Doesn't want them to marry? Really? They have had every right to marry since the beginning within the definition of marriage. That means a man and a woman get married who are not first degree relations of each other. No one has stopped them from getting married. They just wanted to change the definition of the word. I'd really like to see the words were someone (anyone) said that they want to round up all gays for just being gay.

You seem to have no issue taking their freedom away, so why should your freedom be any more important?

I doubt you see how that works, most ignorant bigots don't. Originally Posted by novacain

You sure seemed to take issue with it being used, seems you're the one that has a problem with letters. Don't blame me for using a word you clearly don't understand, which is why it's too big for you.

AGAIN you clearly either didn't read his posts or you just can't read, you let me know which.
I thought business's were in the business of making money, not pushing their beliefs onto their customers. So Judy would you feel the same about this if you went into a gay owned bakery asking for a heterosexual cake and being denied service because the gay guy said it goes against his faith and thinks it's disgusting........... you claim you'd go to a different bakery, but we both know that's not the truth. But ok, fine I'll grant you this small win on this small point (serving them).
Really, they had the right to marry, legally..... so what was all this legal battle over you nitwit...... no they didn't you know they didn't, don't try to spin this. Until about 12 years ago there was NO....... I'll say again so it has time to sink in..........NO LEGAL definition for marriage. Sure you can go to a church and get married BUT unless you go though the state it is NOT A LEGAL marriage in the eyes of the state or the courts. This is the part they were being denied and fought for........... wasn't denied to you now was it.
Fuck, reading is really not your strong suit is it, you clearly missed some words.........my quote: Hell if he had his way he'd likely have them rounded up and tossed in jail just for being gay. See the bold and underlined words there, that was an opinion based on his posts, I clearly never said he, you or anyone else said that. Sorry that sentence was too difficult for you to understand, I'll try to dumb it down to the 9th grade insult level for you.

I stated: Hello, their right to marry for a long time was not allowed.......... why cause traditional belief was that marriage was between only a man and a woman....... there was NO legal standing for this up until about 12 years ago when all of a sudden the states decided to adopt that ideal into law soon as it became clear gays were going to pursue this right that EVERYONE else has. Like YOU just said, everyone else has this right. You just blew yourself (why am I not surprised).
Man, you just really are not any good at this at all................ once again I'll walk you though this since it seems to again be above your 9th grade insult level. See that word "else".......... see how it's used in the sentence to show that everyone BUT them had that right. Hell, I just noticed, you used it the same exact way I did, excluding them also backing up what I has said. I guess your preoccupation with a guy blowing something caused you to fuck this up....... sorry you get no points for this one.

My quote:This was completely a religious and moral objection, that is YOUR opinion but the are mores' involved as well.
Ok, so if this wasn't a moral and religious objection, what was it......... cause as I said, until 12 years ago no state law against it, those laws didn't pop up until someone tried to do it.

Really? Does everything that we know have to be decided by a bunch of men and women in black robes who don't understand physics, chemistry, or even religion. You're bankrupt!
Judy, you seem to love those men and women in black robes when they decide in your favor, seems the judicial system is only valid when it's handing down the justice you want.......... and you call me bankrupt........ and just exactly what do physics, chemistry or religion have to do with the subject of marriage?? Drinking and posting don't mix well.

Because like so many things in life we didn't need (you did) a judge to tell us that it is wrong or right.
Really, seems the founding fathers of this great country vastly disagreed with you and were also vastly smarter than you. Also you have plenty of posts that clearly show you back laws that fit your ideology, so I guess I'm not the only one that needs them!

Roberts said that this not about the Constitution but about how the country feels
He's right, cause there is nothing in the Constitution saying gays can't marry, this whole issue was based on feelings, some states felt they didn't have the right based on nothing more than that, feelings........... there was no legal basis on which to deny them the right..... why SCOTUS made the ruling it did. This NEVER should have been an issue, this NEVER should have been on SCOTUS's plate, they NEVER should have been denied as there is no legitimate reason for it other than FEELINGS about it. It's just that damn simple and it's clear you can't mount an argument not based solely in feelings and beliefs.

In closing, since you are so fond of 9th grade insults, I'm gonna throw you a bone (pun)............ I sure hope you enjoyed that butt fucking, I'm walking away feeling very unsatisfied.......... all the reviews on closettrannybigothomo.com said you were better Judy.

p.s. a 20 says that last part is the only one you respond back to.

I guess you missed the part where I don't believe in gambling on anything. So much for research.

I'm about to do something important (I'm going to take a nap after an all nighter) but I'll leave you with a couple of things. The Constitution set up the court system to tell the POLITICIANS what was constitutional or not. Not us. In fact, the Constitution is there to protect us from the politicians and not the other way around.

By the way, I don't drink either (research!). The general idea that completely went over your head was that Supreme Court Justices are called upon to render decisions about things that they have no real knowledge of...such as chemistry, physics, religion, or genetics. You seem to be happy with someone telling you what to do with your life but leave the rest of us alone.

Anyway, bedtime.

Yes, you are right and that's exactly what happened here, you just refuse to see it.

Don't drink huh, well then I guess there's no excuse for how you are other than nature. The SCOTUS has been called on to do just that since the beginning it's ummm.......... what's that word........... ohhhh yeah "tradition"! Seems you are ok with changing THAT tradition but the tradition of marriage is off limits. [/ADULT DISSCUSSION]

Now for the only part you'll understand
[9th GRADE INSULTS]
You know all about being told what to do, like last night on the overnight with the tranny, you got told to bend over, shut up and take it like a good girl............ and seems you did since you need the nap.

Oh and just to really piss you off since just the mention of it seems to set you off................ BIGOT [/9th GRADE INSULTS]
