I'm going to pretend she's terminally ill with a month left to live and wants to leave her child a nice college fund. That's the only acceptable reason I could come up with right now.

....did you read her blog? I'm not advocating her behavior by any means and I also find her schedule laughable, but perhaps I've watched enough daytime tv to be able to fill in the rest. Correct or not, possible motives are entertaining and will inevitably be dramatic. So laugh it off. Shake your head. She will find no willing, open bed. It would seem to be the general consensus that her outrageous prices are just senseless. The only real danger though is if she drops her prices low....
