Speeding Tickets

How in the heck are you going to contact the officer who wrote you a ticket?

Is there some directory so everyone can call the cops who wrote them tickets/or busted them for [prohibited topic] can get them to change their mind?

Tough crowd today.
What or why are speed limit signs posted if they're ignored? Another thing: Drivers speeding along until they spot a patrol car or bike, then they get on the brakes only to be rear-ended by the speeder behind them.

Driving in Dallas is great training to become a NASCAR driver.

How do you suggest getting out of them? I've read everything from requesting continuence after continuence indefinitely to contacting the officer who wrote you the ticket and ask him to dismiss it.

Anyone have any good ideas? I have to get this ticket dismissed. Like HAVE to. Originally Posted by THN

Randall Scott,972-264-4000 in Grand Prairie has gotten several dismissed for me. I think he only works in Dallas county but you can call and find someone to help you. Originally Posted by gladius82

If I was a cop I'd arrest THN and Berkliegh and let them go with a warning in a couple of hours ! That's what I call police abuse of power !

I always try for defensive driving ( comedy course ) first and deferred adjudication second. The fines are similar but the tickets never show on my record. Someone else said it before but you don't need a lawyer for either option just call the number on the ticket and follow the directions.
