These are ones I see have seen on regular basis. I get discounted sessions if in a certain time frame from one (like if in same month). I am quoted a flat fee per session and no clock watching I know of. One can finish me fairly quick in 20 - 30 min. The other allows more cuddle time and the session can go 30-45 min.
