On another board many years ago, someone asked me behind the scenes if I was interested in being a mod. I said no thanks, but took it as a compliment at the time.

Most of you won't understand my reasoning for my third reccomendation because SHE isn't seen much by y'all doing active moderating. And that is Lea Madisson. She does offers a LOT of help behind the scenes and consistently offers a great deal of insight and level headedness (is that even a word) to difficult situations.
