At first Joe-mentia said the voters don't need to know his position on court packing until after the election. Turns out telling voters to vote for him first, then find out what he supports didn't poll well enough. So then he came out with; It depends on what Trump does with the Supreme Court. Clearly, he was oblivious (yet again) the simple fact that Trump already did what he can do regarding the Supreme Court by nominating a Judge. It's in the Senate's court from here on out.
