You're swimming upstream, trying to get people to be more polite. Rightly or wrongly, I think most people, on this board, sort enjoy being profane. The anonymity of the format, allows us say what we want, without consequence. Who knows, it may even be therapeutic. The best way to deal with "rude behavior", in the Sandbox, is to put the offending person on ignore. No one is forcing you to read posts that you find offensive. I assume you realize there is an ignore function available, that makes some posters "disappear".

It's overreaching for the SCOTUS to change the wording if it materially changes what the law does or doesn't do.
