The Trump impeachment thread was a decent intellectual discussion until it got moved. Now it really is bs. That political forum is a joke. More importantly, it is national, not local.

But hey, it is a whore board, expecting actual intellectual discussions or decisions would be the exception.

Btw, in the 5 years I have been here there was plenty of political discussion here. Compared to the political forum, looked almost academic. This is the first time I've seen a thread moved to that dumpster.

Guidelines are guidelines, not rules. We are, therefore we think. That was a dumb move. Description of this forum: "The Sandbox is a collection of off-topic discussions. Humorous threads, Sports talk, and a wide variety of other topics can be found here. If it's NOT hobby-related, then you're in the right place!".

It was not hobby-related, but apparently still not the right place. I suggest that the title of this forum be changed. I leave to yall's imagination what it should be.
