Totally! She and John Snow are my favorite characters. Originally Posted by OliviaHoward

Daenarys was cool in the beginning and middle, but has been crappy in the recent books. Hopefully she'll improve.

Everyone likes Tyrion, but his recent adventures in Dance are just kind of weird.

Jon Snow is too Marty Sue for my taste. Although, what happens to him at the end of Dance makes me happy inside.

Arya is again a very popular character, but she's just too weird and crazy for my taste. She's not noble, she's not kind, she's not particularly intelligent - she's just kind of psychotic and unlikable to me.

Oh yeah Bran. Goddamnit, I hate that kid. Hodor too. Fuck that guy.

Characters I like
- Jaime: As I mentioned before, I like how his character changes quite a bit. Of all the characters in the books, I think he undergoes the most character improvement.
- Ser Barristan the Bold: I like Ser Barristan and while he's a pretty minor side character, I'd be interesting to hear more about him.
- Strong Belwas: Fucking hilarious and awesome.
- Bronn: Also just awesome and an all around badass.
- Varys the Spider: Sure he's a creepster, but he's a damn smart tricky creepster.

I thought Asha (Theon Greyjoy's sister) was cool... then GRRM had to fuck her up in the last book too...

That was fucking nuts man! I didn't see it coming till the chick was looking around at the band. I don't know what's gonna go down now but the show is great.

JRRM is just showing all you people how stupid it is to get married...

I hate Cersey (sp) and she totally gets what she deserves.

I miss Ned, mostly because Sean Bean is just too hot for words.

I like who Jamie turned into, but I still don't think he's a hottie.

Of Jon / Arya / Bran, Jon is actually the least irritating for me, but he's still a super Marty Sue ("oh QQ, I'm a bastard whose mom is probably the sister of a super famous knight, who has not only a dire wolf pet, but a goddamn albino dire wolf, was given a super rare magic sword about 30 seconds after joining the Night's Watch, who became Lord Commander of the Night's Watch after about 5 minutes, but I'm still QQing over my dead ass father who can't even tell me who my mom actually was..."). I'm certain he'll be fine after the events of Dance and will probably come out with some sort of superpower or something.

Arya is irritating to me because she's just so crazy and unlikable. Like seriously, she's not someone you would ever want as a friend. She's dirty, steals shit, runs away, and you never know if she'll randomly freak out and stab you in the neck. She's absolutely irrational and she's just a trainwreck you're watching as she stumbles around from one randomly stupid incident to the next one.

Bran is my bane. He's even more QQing and bitchy than Jon Snow is. Plus, I don't give a fuck about his cripple druid bullshit. Compared to other characters, he accomplishes the least on his own power. It's not like he's particularly charismatic or intelligent to make up for his physical deficiencies. No, he just lucksacked into having magic powers. Gotcha. Oh yeah, and did I mention my hatred for Hodor? Seriously, I hope he gets killed and turned into an Other. His intellect will probably actually improve from that.

HBO needs to concentrate on taint to get the real story out.
I have not read the books, didn't even know they existed until HBO began the series.

I was totally shocked last night, I did not see that coming.
